1 on 1 Lessons

30 minute or 1 hour sessions with a member of our staff.

 

Sessions will be geared towards the all around physical health and fitness of the athlete as it pertains to the needs of a young pitcher. 
 

Youth Membership

  • 4 small-group training sessions each month (1 hour each)

  • 4:1 max player-to-coach ratio

  • Monthly arm health metric assessments

  • Functional strength and mobility work for young pitchers

  • Pitching mechanics and skill development
